350 Vibratone® Horn
The Models 350 and 450 Vibratone® Horns produce a very loud horn tone by the electro-mechanical vibration of a diaphragm. These horns are capable of reproducing coded blasts or sustained tones through the use of a number of control devices from a push button to a PLC. Federal Signal's Vibratone horns are excellent for general alarm, start and dismissal, coded paging, and process control signaling in areas of high ambient noise levels.

55 Resonating Horn
The Federal Signal Models 55 and 56 are electric horns which produce sound by means of a diaphragm, which resonates a column of air. Because the output is greater than that of a vibrating horn resonating horns can be used wherever a louder, more powerful signal is required.

52 Resonating Horn
The Federal Signal Model 52 resonating horn produces 114dBa @ 10 feet (124dBa @ 1m) with a 1,000 foot range. It is capable of penetrating high ambient noise levels. Being electrically-activated, the Model 52 does not require an air compressor for operation. The Model 52 is built as ruggedly as the equipment it serves and is able to withstand the shocks, vibrations, dust and atmospheric conditions encountered in off-road use. The operating temperature range is -40ºF to 185ºF (-40ºC to 85ºC).
